The top small businesses in BC were announced February 25, 2016 as the winners of the 13th Annual Small Business BC Awards, hosted by Small Business BC at the Pan Pacific Hotel Vancouver

As you may have heard, COCO Café received the 2015 Small Business BC award for best community impact at their annual awards ceremony in Vancouver last Thursday evening.
