UBC study on what works (and doesn’t) for young-adult mental health treatment

A recently published UBC study reveals some moving insights into what works and what doesn’t when it comes to treating mental illness in Metro Vancouver youth. Shalini Lal conducted the study between November 2010 and March 2012 as part of her PhD while she was at the University of B.C. studying rehabilitation sciences.
